*Terms of this offer:
- Referrals must be new customers OR returning customers disconnected at least 12 months prior to date of installation.
- If the referral had prior Citizens Fiber service, their account must have a $0.00 balance.
- The referral must sign up for Internet Service at minimum, or any combination of services involving Internet Service. Cable and Phone services are not eligible for any referral discounts.
- The discount applies to the cost of the Internet service only and does not include rental equipment or the Internet Technology Fee.
