On April 12, 2018 we rolled out our new design of the My Citizens Fiber page. This platform replaces the “My Account” page on CitizensFiber.com, bringing you the same helpful links to email, bill pay, and more.
With a new design that features a blog-style homepage to keep you updated with the latest news and events, we hope this new platform is more user-friendly for our customers and more effective at communicating important updates.
New features on the right side of the webpage (or after blog posts on mobile) include a Maintenance section with important updates and a Featured Business section where give our business customers a shout out.
